Since we opened our Venetian restaurant some forty years ago, we have continuously operated in line with Anthelme Brillat-Savarin’s famous motto: “To invite people to dine with us is to make ourselves responsible for their well-being for as long as they are under our roofs.” The words perfectly sum up our passion for fine, healthy cooking, and in 2015 we decided to take it Down Under. As third-generation members of an Italian family of restaurateurs, we take pride in offering the same style and skills handed down to us over the years.
