For more than thirty years we have been inspired by Anthelme Brillat-Savarin’s famous motto: "Inviting someone at our table means taking upon yourself its happiness during the hours that he/she is spending under our roof". These words express our world. And in order to spread happiness we are aware that it is first of all necessary to take care of the choice of raw materials, which should be then preserved with preparations and recipes that don’t distort its goodness and freshness. And then you need passion for good and good-looking things, which should be sincere, if you want that happiness is really shared with other people. You need care for the details, attention, perseverance and also self-denial, but joyful self-denial. These are the basis, then you need something else, visible and invisible...

In summer the garden turns into a place where you can taste the dishes of our kitchen, where you can experience a romantic atmosphere looked after by nature. Suffused lighting and music in the distance will remind you of exotic situations far away from the city chaos.

We will customize the service, create a customized menu and can decorate the reserved rooms and the garden, to let you feel at ease in a party, fascinating and homey atmosphere.

We pay special attention to the Wedding. We have 2 menu proposals, but we are ready to customize every course and every wine matching. We print an elegant menu and decorate the rooms and the garden according to the bride and groom’s wishes – whom we offer a test-dinner, where they can taste in advance the chosen courses.

For all the companies that wish to organize little or big events, from a business lunch to the company party, we offer the partial or total reservation of the venue and of the garden. The service, the menu and the wine matching will be customized.
A long family
history
Our story begins in 1967, when the paths of Guido e Giovanna cross in an ice cream lab in Mainz, Germany. After five years among laboratories and kitchens in Teutonic land the newlyweds settle in Italy. Here Guido helps his parents Giuseppe and Amelia in the osteria di Brische di Meduna di Livenza, the dishes are simple, those of the farm tradition, but with great attention to the raw materials coming from the vegetable gardens, the courtyards and the vineyards of the surrounding countryside of Treviso.

Our fish
It arrives fresh every morning from the area of Caorle and from the Dalmatian coast of Croatia. The northern Adriatic Sea is rich in plankton because of its low sea bottom and delights us with extraordinary fish products both for quality and for variety. Every day fresh fish is carefully examined by the kitchen crew and on the basis of its choices the menu is perfected with all possible appropriate modifications.
Our meat
Meat is handled with the same accuracy and strictness as fish. For years we have been relying on Franco Cazzamali’s huge experience, a butcher from Romanengo, who selects and cuts for us the best heads of cattle of Granda piemontese, not nourished with cattle feed and rigorously checked throughout the production chain, from their birth to the distribution of cuts.
Home-made
Giovanna Olivotti Fasan’s experience materializes above all here, in the production of fresh pasta: ravioli stuffed with seabass, panzerotti with veal, fusilli, gnocchetti made with potatoes and pumpkins, tagliolini… everything has the really home-made taste. Not to mention the desserts, made as once they were made by mums, without any prepared mix…
