Since we opened our Venetian restaurant some forty years ago we have
always operated in line with Anthelme Brillat-Savarin’s famous motto: “To
invite people to dine with us is to make ourselves responsible for their well-being
for as long as they are under our roofs.” The words perfectly sum up our passion
for fine, healthy cooking and in 2015 we decided to take it Down Under. And as
third-generation members of an Italian family of restaurateurs we take pride
in offering the same style and skills that were handed down to us over the years.
Meat and fish as delicious
as the pasta-
Meat and fish dishes are prepared with the same passion and care we
apply for the pasta. We serve superb Australian Black Angus beef, and
the fish courses include red tuna and local snapper. We use prime quality
ingredients imported from Italy as well as select local products.

Our culinary excellence starts from the rigorous selection of raw materials.
This implies the absolute use of natural ingredients and a passion for
homemade recipes and traditional techniques. In order to guarantee
original taste and style, the dishes are exclusively prepared by
Italian chefs specifically trained in our Venetian restaurant.
